Right of withdrawal

30-day satisfaction guarantee – free returns

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily grant you a 30-day satisfaction guarantee – money back: you can request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods and receive the full purchase price back. The guarantee also applies to reduced items. You are welcome to try the product out as normal; returned goods should be undamaged and complete with the original accessories. Returns are free for you: let our customer service know about your return, and we will send you free return instructions and cover the cost of the standard return shipment. We do not charge any handling or restocking fees. Your statutory rights, in particular the right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty, are not restricted by this guarantee.

Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you have ordered multiple goods in one order that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ecom Empire OÜ, Liimi tn 1b, 10621 Tallinn, Estonia, email: info@wildenocam.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement via our contact form . If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us (Ecom Empire OÜ, Liimi tn 1b, 10621 Tallinn, Estonia) without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return instructions

So that we can match your return quickly, please give us your name, order number, the products concerned and your contact details. Please notify customer service of your return in advance; we will then send you free return instructions. The return address is: Ecom Empire OÜ, Liimi tn 1b, 10621 Tallinn, Estonia. The absence of the original packaging alone does not cancel your statutory right of withdrawal. These instructions are not a condition for validly exercising the right of withdrawal.

Defective or incorrect goods – statutory warranty

Please contact our customer service first and send us your order number and, if possible, photos. We will agree with you how the defect will be remedied. The seller bears the return costs for defective or incorrectly delivered goods. The statutory warranty applies. In addition, we voluntarily grant the 30-day satisfaction guarantee described above; it applies alongside your statutory rights and does not restrict them. Your statutory warranty rights are not restricted.

Refunds and exchanges

For returns under the 30-day satisfaction guarantee, we normally refund the amount within a maximum of seven days of checking the return, using the original payment method (e.g. Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). Depending on the payment provider, it may take a little while for the credit to appear in your account. For a statutory withdrawal, the time limits and rules of the cancellation policy above apply.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the product in accordance with these terms and place a new order if required.
