Products and prices

These General Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed by consumers in the WildenoCam online shop for delivery within Ireland. Orders from businesses may be agreed separately in writing. Mandatory consumer protection rights are not restricted.

All prices are stated in euro and include VAT. The final total price and any costs are shown at checkout before payment. The features, contents and requirements for use of each product are described on the relevant product page. 4G remote access requires a working mobile network and a data plan; solar charging depends on the conditions.

Ordering, conclusion of contract and payment

Please check the product, bundle option, quantity and contact details before submitting your order. Before submitting, you can review and correct your details at any time in the order summary at checkout. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we send our order confirmation by email to the address you provided. The order confirmation contains the contract details. The contract language is English. Available payment methods include Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay; the payment methods actually available are shown at checkout and may depend on the buyer and the payment provider. Payment is processed via Shopify’s secure checkout.

Delivery

Standard delivery within Ireland is free. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days and then delivered within 3–5 working days (4–7 working days in total). Full details: Delivery policy.

Cancellation, returns and statutory warranty

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. In addition, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee – money back: if you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 30 days and receive a full refund of the purchase price. Returns are free for you – we cover the cost of the standard return shipment. Details, including the cancellation policy and the model withdrawal form, can be found under Right of withdrawal and returns. If the product is defective, please contact our customer service. The statutory warranty applies. In addition, we voluntarily grant a 30-day satisfaction guarantee (money back, free returns) under the conditions set out on the “Right of withdrawal and returns” page; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Liability and disputes

Please use the products safely and observe the applicable rules on privacy, photo and video recording and the place of use. We aim to resolve any disagreements through our customer service. Consumers may also contact the European Consumer Centre Ireland or apply to the competent dispute resolution bodies or courts. The choice of applicable law does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
